Process

Step #1

    Gather your buddies into groups of three or four to start your first task.

    Click on one of the furry critters below and start your research by answering the following questions:

    1. What habitat does the critter call home?

    2. What does your critter eat for lunch?

    3. How old does your critter grow up to be?

    4. When does the critter sleep?

Step #2

    Now return to your own desk and each of you draw a picture of what the furry critter looks like, you can use all the art supplies needed located in the art center to make your picture colorful and creative.

Step #3

    Write a story in paragraph form, using the information you found in step #1 and your creative imagination to tell us what it would be like to share your room with the critter.
