The Task

You will have multiple tasks to complete for this assignment.

You must imagine that you are a doctor living during this time period and work very hard to identify possible treatment solutions for containing the Black Plague.

Here are the tasks you must perform:

• Research the Black Death using the sites provided later in this assignment.
• Take your position as a doctor during this time.
• Keep a detailed journal of your experiences and findings.
• Be sure to take note of all symptoms associated with the plague.
• Be sure to reflect in first person point of view in your observations.
• At the end of the assignment, a summary must be crafted of your findings. You should also include treatment methods and medications that would be available for those suffering from the plague if it were occurring in the 21st century. 
• Create a scientific cycle of how the plague transferred from person to person using Inspiration.

For this project, you will use programs such as the Internet, Inspiration, and a Word Processor for the completion of the journal.
